These stands where created by the Vilkaviskis Municipality with the names and pictures of the Jewish citizens who were murdered here in 1941

This site was built by Ralph Salinger of Kfar Ruppin, Israel
It is built to the glory of the Jewish Community of Vilkkaviskis
