We knew his grandmother Hana died when Avraham- Michael's father - was 15 ,and his grandfather Moshe died of a heart attack at
Vilkawiskis' train station.
We are sending you some pictures of Michael's father : his grandmother's, his sister and 2 brothers (Avraham is the second on the right), 3
photos when he was a member of the Scouts; one photo when Tchernikovski visited his school , and the last - whose original copy was
hidden under a mattress during the war and is still with us - of Avraham's graduation from the Hebrew Gymnasium in 1925.
The last is Avraham's as a French soldier during WWII .He was made prisoner at a Stalag near Karlsrue for 3 years.
The name is AKOTONAS or AKATONE or AKOTONE.
